The US Empowerment Tour Competition starts on 1st December, 2008 and ends 28th February, 2009. Winners will fly to
London UK for 1-week on Sunday, 22nd March, 2009, for an epic Journey exploring the Inner-self and Personal
self-empowerment.
The US Empowerment Tour Competition is exclusively open to US resident citizens only, however The
Empowerment Tour launch products are open to all citzens, both U.S. and non U.S. residents.
Citizens who are non-US residents can purchase the products.
We feel it is important to market on an intimate scale, so don't worry The Empowerment Tour
Competition shall be coming soon to your country.

The 2008/09 US Empowerment Tour Competition ends on 28th February, 2009
The US Empowerment Tour Competition starts on 1st December, 2008 and ends 28th February, 2009. Winners will fly to London UK for 1-week on Sunday, 22nd March, 2009, for an epic Journey exploring the Inner-self and Personal self-empowerment.
- COMPETITION ENTRIES: One entry without purchase per person per Competition is allowed. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry. To be eligible for entry into The Empowerment Tour Competition a person is not required to purchase the relevant associated product or products. To be eligible for entry into The 2008/09 Empowerment Tour Competition a person is required to be a resident citizen within the country that the competition is being hosted. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. NEMENN cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. Entrants should note that unless stated otherwise, NEMENN does not accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
- HOW TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: To enter without a purchase, send a request with your hand printed name, address, age
and telephone number to: “NEMENN 2008/09 US Empowerment Tour Competition” Event Participation, 145 - 157 St John Street,
London, EC1V 4PY, UNITED KINGDOM, (“2008/09 US Empowerment Tour Competition Entry Request”). All entry Requests must be
received no later than February 28th 2009 to be valid. Limit one (1) free entry per person. Upon receipt of a valid entry Request,
Seed Studios, the independent judging organization (“judges”) will enter the details of the entry into the randomized
computer selection system. On the chosen date of the draw the entrants winners will be randomly selected electronically.
No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests will be accepted. All entry Requests become property of NEMENN and
will not be acknowledged or returned. Only winners will be notified.
- HOW TO PLAY WITH QUALIFIED PURCHASE: You may also enter when you purchase and download the 2008 US Empowerment
Tour Products from www.nemenn.com . If you download the products and it reveals a Golden Ticket that has “CONGRATULATIONS.
YOU'VE WON AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP TO THE LONDON UK NEMENN EMPOWERMENT TOUR EVENT!” printed on it, you are a
potential Grand Prize winner (subject to verification of valid entry piece and compliance with these Official Rules).
Only winning product download packages will contain a notification. Only winners will be notified as detailed in
paragraph below. Non-winning product download packages will not contain any notification.

*Each Grand Prize shall consist of a 7-day/6-night trip for two (2) people to London, UK, including round-trip (r/t) airfare (via airline carrier(s) selected by NEMENN) between the major US gateway airport and United Kingdom (6) consecutive nights accommodations (standard accommodations, one (1) room, double occupancy, room, restaurant meals and tax only) at a hotel selected by NEMENN, a personal self-empowerment event -hosted by NEMENN at a hotel selected by NEMENN in London UK and courier service between hotel and UK airport . NOTE: all meals, excursions, gratuities, phone and fax calls and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion. Winner must be able to travel during the dates necessary to attend the Event as specified by NEMENN or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may be selected at NEMENN’s sole discretion. All travel arrangements will be made through a travel agent selected by NEMENN and airline, and hotel shall be determined at the sole discretion of NEMENN. Winner and travel companion are required to travel on identical itineraries and all air travel must originate from and return to the same city. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel on the identical itinerary. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion will be required to provide appropriate Federal or state government issued photo identification at time of travel. Travel will not be eligible for frequent flyer points or miles. Winner and his or her travel guest are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and other travel requirements. No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at NEMENN’s sole discretion. Releasees are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prize including but not limited to the date of the 2008 US Empowerment Tour Event. In the event of any cancellation of Event, no additional prize will be awarded, except at sole discretion of NEMENN. Releasees NEMENN will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All taxes/fees and expenses in conjunction with air tickets are the responsibility of the winner, including all necessary government documentation.
Overall odds of receiving a winning entry piece are 2:107,143. You are not a winner of one of the three (3) Grand Prizes until your entry has been timely received, randomly selected and verified/ validated by the judges of this Competition and you have complied with these official rules. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $46,800.
- REDEMPTION FOR ENTRIES WITHOUT PURCHASE: TO CLAIM GRAND PRIZES: Sign your name across the potential winning entry and attach to an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper on which you legibly handprint your name, complete street address, city, state and zip code, daytime telephone number and age and mail to: “2008/09 US EMPOWERMENT TOUR EVENT WITH NEMENN”, NEMENN LTD, 145 - 157 St John Street, London, UNITED KINGDOM, EC1V 4PY. ALL GRAND PRIZE CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN February 28, 2009.
- GRAND PRIZE CLAIM MAILING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRIES WITHOUT PURCHASE: It is recommended that each potential Grand Prize winner send their potential winning entry piece by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt and proof of delivery does not constitute proof of a winning submission. Please retain a photocopy of the potential winning entry piece for your records. No responsibility by Promotion Parties is assumed for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail or damaged, torn or separated mail due to improper packaging of entry pieces.
The Promotion Parties, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; typographical, printing or other errors; and any prize claims and/or mail-in entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated or illegible, postage due or any combination thereof.
NEMENN reserves the right to cancel or modify this Competition if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NEMENN’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition, as determined by NEMENN in its sole discretion. In such event, NEMENN reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received. Proof of mailing an entry request, prize claim is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible and incomplete entries and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become property of NEMENN and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter the competition, entrant affirms that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of the United Kingdom apply to and govern this Competition and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United Kingdom. Any information collected by registering to enter the competition, shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and with the NEMENN Web Site Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.nemenn.com/privacy_policy.php
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except by NEMENN, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize for prize of comparable or greater value. Releasees assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the safety or performance of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules or entry forms to its members. The submission of a potential entry piece is the sole responsibility of the participant who assumes all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of the entry piece. All persons, by participating in this Competition and/or by submitting a prize claim, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the NEMENN and judges which shall be final and binding.
- LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Releasees’ sole control. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Releasees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.
- VERIFICATION: All entry pieces submitted for redemption become the property of NEMENN and will not be returned. All entries pieces are subject to verification at the sole discretion of NEMENN and anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners. Entry pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unissued, unauthorized or illegible in any way, or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used by NEMENN in this promotion. Entry pieces will also be void if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error. Releasees will not be responsible for printing or other errors. No prizes will be awarded to the holder of any entry piece which is determined to be void or otherwise ineligible and NEMENN shall have no further obligation or liability in respect thereof except to replace the void entry piece with another randomly selected entry play by the judges, if appropriate upon request. No more than the stated number of prizes herein will be awarded, and if, due to printing, seeding or other errors, there are more prize claims received than the number of prizes offered, only the total number of prizes listed shall be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect prize claims submitted. Only specially marked “NEMENN 2008/09 US EMPOWERMENT TOUR COMPETITION” entry pieces will be accepted and may not be combined with those from any other competition.
- TERMINATION: Promotion ends on February 28, 2009.
- RELEASES: Once all potentially winning entry pieces have been verified, potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email and or telephone. Prize may also be forfeited if potential winner is not reachable at the address and/or phone number provided by potential winner and a forwarding address is not made available. In the event of forfeiture of a prize by a potential winner, for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in a Second Chance Randomized draw from among all other eligible entries received. By participating, all entrants agree to release the Releasees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof (including any travel related hereto) or while traveling to or from, preparing for and/or participating in any prize-related activity. Winners acknowledge that the aforementioned entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness, except for any express manufacturer’s warranty as may be included in the purchase agreement. Except where prohibited by law, by acceptance of prize, winner and travel companion consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for advertising and promotional purposes by NEMENN and its designe as determined by NEMENN, without further approval or compensation.
